Information Clause on Personal Data Processing

Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council ("GDPR"), we hereby provide information on the principles of personal data processing.

  1. Data Controller
    The controller of personal data is Radio Line sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Bułgarska 69/73, 60-320 Poznań, Poland.
  2. Data Protection Contact
    For matters related to personal data processing, you can contact the Controller at privacy@radioline.com.pl or by post to the registered office address.
  3. Scope and Source of Data
    We process data provided directly by you, in particular: full name, e-mail address, phone number, message content, and data related to business cooperation.
  4. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
    • handling inquiries and communication — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller),
    • taking steps before entering into a contract and performing a contract — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
    • fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. tax and accounting) — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
    • direct marketing of own services — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR,
    • activities based on consent (if consent has been granted) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  5. Data Recipients
    Data may be disclosed to entities supporting the Controller, in particular IT, hosting and e-mail service providers, accounting and legal service providers, entities within the Radio Line group, and authorized public authorities where required by law.
  6. Transfers Outside the EEA
    As a rule, data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area. If such transfer occurs, it will be carried out using safeguards required by GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
  7. Data Retention Period
    • inquiry/contact data — for the period necessary to handle the inquiry and for the limitation period of claims,
    • contract-related data — for the duration of the contract and the period required by law and limitation periods,
    • data processed on the basis of consent — until consent is withdrawn.
  8. Data Subject Rights
    You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability (where legally applicable), object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal).
  9. Right to Lodge a Complaint
    You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).
  10. Voluntary Provision of Data
    Providing data is voluntary; however, failure to provide data necessary for contact or contract performance may prevent handling your inquiry or concluding/performing the contract.
  11. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
    Personal data is not used for decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing, including profiling.
